Faith is one of the children that attends Fortune Learners Centre (FLC) on a GO! scholarship. This is part of our Scholarship Initiative with this local school partner that empowers orphaned children to attend school. Faith is now blessed to attend school, enjoys learning, and will take the national test early in 2022 to gain the option to attend Secondary School. Faith is one of 69 children that we help to attend FLC.

With the help of Pastor Benson of Arise Christian Ministries, and many others like him, we enjoyed a successful two weeks in Nairobi, Kenya, earlier this month. I look forward to returning in 2022!

As this is hunger gap season, children without parental cares at the Aweil's Lighthouse Orphanage in South Sudan have shown good improvement, developed nutritionally, and have gained weight as despite shaking and threatening hunger crises in the country.

Our Bridge of Hope Mission sets off on Saturday, July 31st, and our time in Kenya will be about providing Hope for the Future. I we look forward to seeing how God might work through us in coming years to bless the orphaned child in Kenya.

Fight & Faith are required in our ministry to care for orphaned children. This work is not easy, but it is simple to move forward as the Father uses us as His hands and feet to bless children.

Rebecca is one of thousands of children that are being served with Nutrition in South Sudan. Global Orphan Relief (GO!) partnered with Christ Mission to the World in 2016, and now Kids for the Kingdom will e helping feed vulnerable children that fall-out of GO!’s missional area. Lueth-wek continues to receive more children as children look for food, but also desire to learn with classes being open to pupils.

We return to Africa for the first time since 2019 in an effort to ramp up our support for the local church to serve the orphaned child. In partnership with Christ Mission to the World and Fortune Learners Centre, we serve 163 vulnerable children in Kenya today.

Children at Adoor Village School take advantage of the opportunity to learn. “I'm grateful and thankful to God for this great opportunity in my life,” shares Daniel Piol of South Sudan.

In South Sudan, more children are coming for food than ever, and as a result more students are learning than ever before. We enrolled 549 new students into our feeding program in the last 60-days, and for many, the lunch they receive will be the only one they consume during their day.
