Movement of FAITH | Voice of HOPE | Act of LOVE

What does it mean to be a part of the Movement of FAITH?

It is a connection of like-hearted people; funding partners, volunteers, prayer warriors, field partners, and GO! Team Leaders working in concert for the care of orphan children. Most often we are inspired to move forward by our FAITH. It is about people doing something good and beautiful for a child. If this sounds like you, GO! is a place that you can fit right in!

How would you describe Global Orphan Relief as a Voice of HOPE?

Our Mission to care for the orphan child often provides HOPE to these children for the very first time. Humanity is far more inspired by a vision of the future rather than reflecting on the past. You can be a Voice of HOPE today by connecting with GO!

How is an Act of LOVE at Global Orphan Relief realized?

Based on the needs in the field and the capacity of our partners, the demonstration of LOVE can take many forms. This can mean a home with a loving family, the opportunity to attend school, nutrition, and clean water for maximum impact to insure a child’s optimum outcomes. An Act of LOVE can also look like us encouraging a local ministry leader to serve in their community to serve orphan children. As we act on the behalf of these children, it is the ultimate demonstration of God’s LOVE for them, without conditions. You can show your LOVE for a child today!

In April 2011, I sat in prayer in my room at the House of Faith Orphanage in Silembe, Zambia, and I contemplated where the Father was leading us in this journey. This was my seventh trip to Zambia in five years, and I wondered what else He wanted to accomplish through us. As I sat in a quiet place, He impressed upon me that we were to become a Movement of FAITH, a Voice of HOPE, and an Act of LOVE for the orphan children.

Three things will last forever - Faith, Hope, and Love - and the greatest of these is love.
