December 2023 GO! Ambassador of the Month in Kenya

Join us in celebrating Pastor David as our GO! Ambassador of the month of December in Kenya. David Nyongesa, a 61-year-old family man and pastor at Kamitha Pentecostal Assembly of God in Kawangware, Nairobi, and is also a small-scale farmer.

November 2023 GO! Ambassador of the Month in Kenya

Join us in celebrating Boaz Masogo as our GO! Ambassador of the month of November in Kenya. Boaz is a 33-year old born again Christian serving as a Pastor at Gospel Voice International. He is a family man and a Jua Kali artisan.

Boaz is one of our 2,638 GO! Ambassadors in Africa & Asia.

Sister Mousumi experienced a profound calling to assist orphan children based on her attendance to one of our Great Commandment Workshops in her community in October. Mousumi was one of 104 ministry leaders that day who made a commitment to serve orphan children in their community. Her community in Asia is located in the 10/40 India where in this part of the world there is limited access to the Gospel. In addition, a large number of orphan children live in impoverished communities and remain underserved.

Mousumi is one of our 2,638 GO! Ambassadors in Africa & Asia who served 13,226 orphan children last month.

Moses Okasa, a compassionate 65-year-old farmer from Kakamega, is devoted to making a difference in the lives of orphans. Moses is an advocate for compassionate giving and encourages fellow Christians by his taking action to serve others.

Moses is one of our 2,638 GO! Ambassadors in Africa & Asia.

Joram gained the knowledge of how to serve the orphans in his community at a Great Commandment Workshop held in Voi, Kenya, on April 1, 2022. Based on his attendance at this one-day meeting, he was triggered to attend to the needs of the orphan children in his community.

Pastor Joram is one of our 2,419 GO! Ambassadors in Africa & Asia and is our October 2023 GO! Ambassador of the Month in Kenya.

Joel Shilingi is a 39-year-old primary teacher at Eshiyanga Primary School in Kakamega, and a church evangelist at St. Andrew's Anglican Church of Kenya, AND Is our September Ambassador of the Month.

We are blessed to have Jessie as part of our GO! Ambassador Network in Kenya, and look forward to seeing how God might use her in the future…

Last month we were blessed with Bibles for distribution. GO! Kenya is thankful for Bibles For The World who provided the resources for distribution.

We are targeting remote-area Pastors in Kenya for these materials.

Church Mobilization 2.0

To date we have co-hosted 20 Great Commandment Workshops in Asia, Kenya, and Zambia in our effort to mobilize the local church to serve orphan children in their communities. A total of 3,699 ministry leaders have attended one of these workshops.

Results have mostly exceeded expectations. We have been encouraged by the attendees, and then again as we follow-up with GO! Ambassadors to monitor their progress. The question that I have been asking since earlier this year, is what does Church Mobilization 2.0 look like?

2023 Kakamega

One of the Great Commandment Workshops we held in May was in a place called Kakamega, Kenya, and was attended by 318 local area ministry leaders. It was a wonderful day and a precious time of fellowship.
