Thanks be to the Lord as we serve the orphans and widows by providing relief aid to them with your support.
A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. Psalms 68:5
We are thankful to our friends who are supporting us for this program. With their generosity we are helping children to have a home with a family. We are really grateful for you all that assist the children.
There are some widows whose children have been adopted by our care home. Eleven (11) widows are under debt of the owners of the Kilns. These women want to rid their status of slavery or bondage for debts that they owe but are never reduced it seems.
Many other people are unemployed and are expelled from their jobs in factories due to hiking prices.
PERSECUTED ORPHANS & wIDOWS:
The incident that occurred in Jaranwala on 16-08-2023, where Muslim assaulters vandalized 25 churches situated in the city. They also turned 100 houses to to ashes. About 5,000 people became victim to the attack of the mob.
10 houses of the widows were burnt and demolished. 75 orphans were affected by this incident as they have not been restored to normal life to now. There is need today that these widows and orphans must be brought back to their previous status. We are now in winter season and they need shelter and warm clothes. They became homeless and all their belongings were turned to ashes. Please pray.
There are now five widows who need homes. Fifty widows now in Jaranwala need to be aided with blankets, warm clothes, and food packages. It is our request to pray for them that may God provide fund for this purpose. According to James 1:27 we should help these widows & orphans.
We hope that God will make our coming program fruitful and our service for caring the orphans will be progressive.

We thank our local partner in Punjab, Pakistan, for their efforts to provide for the needs of Orphans & Widows in their community. We have served with this team since 2011. As we continue this effort it is important for us to secure the monthly support needed for this current level of aid so we can grow this partnership by serving additional families. Many more widow-led household are in the need of aid.
Support is needed for these eleven families, with another $500 monthly needed to serve an additional three families with ten children in 2024. With your support we can assist these families in need without any further reduction to the aid we are providing. We can also quickly increase the number of children served if resources are available.
Global Orphan Relief (GO!) has been serving orphaned children since 2005, and as a result of this effort, widows, families, and entire communities are transformed through our Home-based Care initiative. The care provided creates a ripple effect through the entire community as we demonstrate God’s love for His people.
