Meet Quincy Ochieng | Fortune Learners' Centre
My name is Quincy Ochieng and I am 18 years old. I joined Fortune Learners’ Centre (FLC) in the year 2014. At that time, I was living with my Aunty Lilian after the sudden death of my parents. I had no options for school.
Today, we are supporting 499 orphan children through our Education Initiative, with 154 of these children attending Fortune Learners’ Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
Sister Geeta Ganda Helps Orphan Children
Sister Geeta is also a housewife and a mother of 2 children who lives in Asia. She didn't help any children before attending a Great Commandment Conference held in her community, but all that changed based on her participation that day, with 150 other ministry leaders from her community.

ICS/Child Care Plus Mission Project | Stories of Impact
ICS/Child Care Plus Mission Project is an effort to allow orphan children to attend school regardless of resources. This work occurs at Mukumbi Secondary, Mukumbi Primary School, Lubinga Primary School, Shinda Primary School, and Shilenda Primary School in the North-Western Province of Zambia.
Thank you to all involved in providing hope for the future for these beautiful children.
A Profound Calling to Assist Orphan Children
Sister Mousumi experienced a profound calling to assist orphan children based on her attendance to one of our Great Commandment Workshops in her community in October. Mousumi was one of 104 ministry leaders that day who made a commitment to serve orphan children in their community. Her community in Asia is located in the 10/40 India where in this part of the world there is limited access to the Gospel. In addition, a large number of orphan children live in impoverished communities and remain underserved.
Mousumi is one of our 2,638 GO! Ambassadors in Africa & Asia who served 13,226 orphan children last month.
Meet Emmanuel Amurono | Fortune Learners' Centre
My name is Emmanuel Amurono, I am currently in class seven going to Fortune Learners’ Centre which is located in Kayole. I am 10 years old in age and the second born in a family of four. I live in Kayole with my mom, and it has just been the five of us ever since my dad sadly passed away. It was like a miracle, the first time I heard about the school was from my neighbor who happened to be a parent at Fortune Learners’s Centre
Today, we are supporting 499 orphan children through our Education Initiative, of which 154 of these children attend Fortune Learners’ Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.

Christmas Blessing
Eighteen years ago, we were preparing to deploy our family to Juarez, Mexico, for our very first international mission. We were busy gathering gifts for 20 children that year along with some other supplies for an orphanage located there. It was an exciting time venturing into the unknown with only our faith to guide us!
While we might be larger as a group than eighteen years ago, we also have many commitments that didn’t exist then. It was a simpler time, but our faith continues to guide us into the unknown.

Orphans & Widows Pakistan | November Support Distribution
This all-important work continues, as food and other aid was distributed last month in Punjab for eleven widow-led households, providing for forty orphan children.
As part of our Orphans & Widows partnership in Pakistan, aid is provided that empowers these families to stay together. With recent persecution of Christian families in Punjab, many more widow-led households are in the need of aid. Employment is now impossible for these vulnerable women.
Building the Future in Aweil Town
Since we are already serving in Adoor, Luethwek, Beliek, and at one other location in Aweil, which are all located in Northern Bahr el Ghazal, providing food aid in Aweil Town only seemed like a natural next step. We are building the future in Aweil Town!
With the funding provided, construction began last month for latrines for the school. This project will be done later this month. Early next year, Christ Mission to the World will establish a temporary cook shelter where meals can be prepared to serve 709 vulnerable children.

Creating the Future
Together, what we are really doing is creating the future, and this is not just any future, but a better future for all. You see, orphan children are not the only ones to be blessed by this work. The result is that each of us is encouraged by others in our movement.
The way forward is a posture of abundance and not of scarcity.
