Widows & Orphans Pakistan | September Support Distribution Report
Punjab, Pakistan | Bethel Church of Pakistan
Our partner in Pakistan, Bethel Church of Pakistan, has been extremely busy as of late. With reconstruction and repairs at the Raiwind Orphan Care Home and the Jaranwala Orphan Care Home due to localized flooding, completing their fiscal year-end financial audit, and providing relief to Afghanistan refugee earthquake victims in Harnai, located in the Balochistan Province of Pakistan, they are a great example of how all should be walking out their faith -and loving their neighbors. They are also working on a project to provide buffalos to Widow led households as an ongoing means of income for these families. We hope to possibly be involved in their effort.
“God has granted me wisdom to serve Him with prudence that I may use what is given to me honestly for the widows who belong to the rural areas. We intend to purchase buffaloes and cows for those widows who can have domestic animals as a business. They shall feed the cattle and get profit to meet their necessities of life,” shares Pastor Saleem.
Pastor Saleem, Pastor Burnabas, and their church family are accomplishing a great work in the Kingdom. We are all to be encouraged by their faithfulness. I have had the pleasure to join them for worship on several occasions over the years via the internet, but I look forward to one day visiting them in person in Pakistan.
Based on several of our generous funding partners we have been blessed to join hands with Bethel Church of Pakistan for repairs at the Jaranwala Orphan Care Home. Both of these facilities lacked proper drainage and this infrastructure will be added to the projects. We are also continuing our support for the Widows & Orphans program that they are implementing as part of our Home-based Care Initiative.
As is their custom, Bethel Church of Pakistan demonstrates ‘Pure Religion’ as the scriptures describe. We are honored to partner with them in the work to help the widows and orphans in need. Aid support was distributed last month, but I did not have an opportunity to update you. In the month of September, 9 widows and 29 orphaned children in the Punjab Province were served by our partnership with Bethel Church of Pakistan.
By supporting the Widows and Orphans we are providing what they could not afford on their own, and this is an extreme blessing to these families. We are thankful to Global Orphan Relief who have joined with us to help these vulnerable families. -Bethel Church of Pakistan
These families are being sustained by this movement. Thanks to many of you that make this support possible. Please note that Pastoral care is provided to these families as they demonstrate the Gospel through your kind support.

We thank our partner Bethel Church of Pakistan, whom we have served with since 2011, for their efforts to provide for the needs of Widows & Orphans in their community. As we continue this effort into 2022 it is important for us to secure the monthly support needed for current needs and to grow this partnership. Our impact today is nine families led by a widow, serving 29 orphaned children, with many families waiting for aid. Today, $815 monthly is needed to support these nine families. Please consider joining us in this effort
Global Orphan Relief (GO!) has been serving orphaned children since 2005, and as a result of this effort, widows, families, and entire communities are transformed through our Home-based Care initiative. The care provided creates a ripple effect through the entire community as we demonstrate God’s love for His people.
You may send support or other correspondence to Global Orphan Relief, 16352 Prairie Farm Cir, Parker, CO 80134 or you may give also give electronically at 2021 Widows & Orphans | Pakistan for this specific effort to support widow lead households.
