GO! Beneficiaries at Beliek Village School Formed Choir group to Praise Their Living GOD!

Following GO! efforts to strengthen and improve lives of parentless children in South Sudan, orphans at SOUTH SUDAN's Beliek Village Primary School have seized their golden opportunities by producing local songs in English in which they’re praising Jesus for opening their ways to have sponsorship under good Samaritans, the Global Orphan Relief (GO!).
Children with ages ranging from three to ten years have come up with songs which they sing daily during the parade (school assembly) The song is being sung in English that " Praise you Jesus×2, I love you x2, you’re my savior x2, help me today x2.” This song was composed by an eight-year-old girl, Aker Wol, who says that she dreamt of appreciating Jesus for the opportunity she and her fellow orphans have received. She says it’s a blessing for them to have such unwavering support from American people through GO!.
However, this is not the first time these orphans of Beliek compose songs on their own. Earlier this year they composed a song for praising their teachers for standing firmly for them to make sure they progress and excel in lives.
Their lives have been challenging to say the least, but as soon their school became recipient of GO! nutritional funds, these kids have been progressively improving day by day.
Most of these kids had some hopeless futures in their lives with full of desolations but can now sing happily. In their villages, living conditions here provide for a tough life as experience can tell; but these kids have now become active church goers.
In collaboration with Christ Mission to the World and Global Orphan Relief, this school is producing the promising brilliant kids of their generation.

We have served in South Sudan since 2016 and have provided an estimated 455,840 meals impacting 3,162 vulnerable children in South Sudan in 2021. The scale of this initiative has grown by over 4 times since our launch in 2016, and this growth is driven by the near-famine conditions and other socio-economic challenges in this country.
In cooperation with multiple partners, Kids for the Kingdom & Christ Mission to the World, we have invested $126,200 in these three school sites with additional infrastructure over the last 12-months. The projects included provided for clean water, kitchens, storerooms, and latrines. We are thankful for these partners that make this work possible. Working together more children receive meals with larger portions, and the Kingdom of God continues to advance in South Sudan!
