As we began the work of getting out our end of year statements last month, I could not keep from being emotionally overwhelmed.  I am so thankful for each person that is involved in this mission on the behalf of so many children that we now serve together.

I am blessed to watch so many of you walking out this journey to serve orphaned children at the pleasure of our King.  I am also honored to know so many of the children and community leaders that are having their lives impacted by those who serve them through this movement.

In my quite times of reflection I shed tears of joy as you step-up to meet these needs month-after-month.  During these times of solitude, I am also reminded of the many more children in the need of relief.  I am torn between contentment and being compelled to serve Just One More Child…

However, today I am just thankful for all that you do for these children!  My prayer is that you are some how blessed by being a blessing to these precious children.

Global Orphan Relief has been serving orphaned children since 2005.  We have accomplished this work to date through local partners in each country that provides oversight and distribution of care funded by many individual donor partners located in the United States.  

Scott Nordstrom is the President & Founder of Global Orphan Relief.  He has spoken internationally as an advocate for the orphaned child.  Scott has been instrumental in deploying 24 teams to the mission field deploying 159 volunteers in the effort to serve these children and to share the Gospel.  These teams have served in DR Congo, India, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal, South Sudan, Uganda, and Zambia, and have delivered nearly 7 tons of supplies for the care of orphaned children.
