We are happy to report that much has been accomplished in regards to the construction of the Community Center at House of Hope Orphanage (HOHO) in Sinazongwe, Zambia.

Pictured is what has been achieved over the last several months.  Golden, our construction foreman has been out on other projects over the last several weeks so we have experienced a bit of a slow down, but this building will be completed by the time several teams visit in July.  It is looking really nice.

Septic System is finished and one of the bedrooms is plastered. The roofing is truly keeping the building cool during these very hot months.

Development for the House of Hope Orphanage (HOHO) in Sinazongwe, Zambia, began in earnest January 2011, and we received our first child in June 2013.  We did experience numerous delays with power being brought to the property, and then again when searching for just the right housemom.  Today we care for 13 orphaned children from this campus and have opened just the 1-home with the 2nd home being readied to open soon.  HOHO is a special place and built on Holy ground.  For more information about House of Hope Orphanage you can go to https://globalorphanrelief.org/house-of-hope-orphanage-sinazongwe-zambia/.
