Capacity 1,440

We did fulfill the vision for the movement to serve 1.440 orphaned children monthly in July 2020.  We do have the field partners that can deliver needed services to vulnerable children, and we are close to having the funding partners needed to carry the mission through to serve even more children.

We did not believe that we would sustain providing care for 1,440 children throughout the year, however, we did exceed this number of children served from July through December of 2020.  We were a bit challenged by the pandemic as some of the gathering places where we provide services closed for a period of time.

Partners

None of this work is possible without the Partners in this mission working together.  We are blessed to work with gifted, experienced, experts in the field, that have a common heart for the orphaned child.  This work does not go on without their faithfulness and willingness to put their hands and hearts to the work in the field to benefit the orphaned child.

Our partners here at home provide the finances, hours of volunteer work, their experience, and their hearts into this work.  Many have the challenge of never putting their eyes to the work firsthand in the field. This may require an extra measure of faith to believe in the good that is being accomplished without ever seeing it for themselves.

There is an African Proverb that goes something like this, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”  This seems fitting here as so many have drawn together with a common heart for the orphaned child to be part of this Movement of FAITH.

Mission

Our mission is simple, to provide loving support for orphans fostering a greater capacity for physical, spiritual, and emotional healing and growth.  By faith we are moving forward to demonstrate God’s love for these precious children.

The result of our work in the field is that we become a Voice of HOPE for these children.  For many of the children we serve hope has been non-existent in their lifetimes.

Impact

What is happening because of your work in this movement is that children are experiencing a loving family in a place they can call home for the very first time, many are learning to read and write and discovering the possibilities for their future, and many more are receiving meals where hunger is a current-day experience for them.  

Your simple Act of LOVE changes the lives of so many and changes the very fabric of eternity. You are becoming part of their story.   

Future and Faith

The events coming out of a short visit to planet earth by Faith Anastasia Nordstrom continues to provide the opportunity for many to live.  Only God knows the future, but GO! has a short list of what we see that needs to be accomplished, and “by faith” we will continue to serve in DR Congo, Kenya, Pakistan, South Sudan, and Zambia, and we are ready for meeting the needs of more vulnerable children in Asia when the timing is right.
