I have had the pleasure to deploy to Kenya twice since August 2021, and look forward to visiting again next month as we further develop our relationships with three ministry partners and continue to advance our Church Mobilization Initiative in this country.
We will visit mission projects in the village of Ulutya, Lucky Summer Estates (Nairobi), Kayole (Nairobi), and will spend a day in Nairobi proper.

We are projecting to impact over 6,000 orphan children this month with 290 of these children being served in homes, schools, or are being served food. The balance of these children are being served by our GO! Ambassadors who have been deployed via our Church Mobilization Initiative.
I will be joining our country director Isaiah Kimani who has also been instrumental in introducing this new initiative in Asia and Zambia.
We are to co-host five one-day workshops while in Kenya in April & May. These events will be attended by ministry leaders throughout Kenya, and all told we should have the opportunity to greet 1,600 people at these workshops.
Based on our experience thus far, I look forward to seeing God move upon his people.

If you would like to participate financially, we do have a need to cover the following expenses:
$6,525 for food aid for 290 children
$3,383 in travel/deployment costs
$3,000 (5) Great Commandment Workshops
$2,523 team travel/deployment costs
This effort will allow us to feed 290 children through June, and the workshops to be held will allow us to commission another 500+ GO! Ambassadors, which will take us to 1,300 people serving orphan children when considering all countries.

Global Orphan Relief (GO) has been serving orphaned children since 2005. We have accomplished this work to date through local partners in each country that provides oversight and distribution of care. In 2022 we impacted 7,700 children in Ethiopia, Kenya, Pakistan, South Sudan, and Zambia within our Home-based Care, Nutrition, Scholarship, & Church Mobilization Initiatives.
Scott Nordstrom leads GO! today and has done so since we launched in 2005. Scott has served with GO! for 17-years. Scott has been instrumental in deploying 169 volunteers on 28 teams to the mission field, and has personally served in DR Congo, India, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal, South Sudan, and Zambia. Scott is a published author and speaks in the United States, as well as, internationally regarding child welfare and matters of faith, hope, and love.
