TREADS FOR KIDS | Held from 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday, August 15th.  Our goal is to walk or run
132 miles for the Orphans of this world.  Each mile will represent 1 million Orphans; there are 132
million Orphans in the world today (as of 2005 -UNICEF).  We will build awareness for these
children during this event.

TREADS FOR KIDS | All proceeds will go to assist Orphans. Global Orphan Relief is a 501 (c)(3) and
has ongoing projects in Zambia and Uganda currently.  

TREADS FOR KIDS | Need Team Captains and runners-walkers for this event.
Team Captain – Recruit five+ other participants for 1 mile each anytime between 9AM-3PM
Runners-Walkers – Walk or run the 1 mile trail, self-sponsored ($150 tax-deductible suggested
donation) or seek sponsorship for involvement from friends, family, and or local businesses.
Volunteers – Global Orphan Relief can always use an extra hand. If you are interested in
volunteering on the day of the event or can’t attend the event and interested in volunteering at
future events, contact us.
